SKU Plant Selection constraint can be added if there is a need to limit the number of plant from plant group which can serve a particular product group during period group.
To add SKU Plant Selection Constraint, click on the SKU Plant Selection constraint under constraint drop down in Data Dashboard. Then click on the add SKU Plant Selection constraint to add individual data or bulk data in respective tabs.
|Period group from the period group table to be selected/added
|Select/Add a plant group from the Plant group table.
|Select/Add a product group from the product group table.
|Add the desired minimum number of warehouses to be used for the selected product group during selected period group.
|Add the desired maximum number of warehouses to be used for the selected product group during selected period group.
|Add “0” to apply the constraint to each period under the selected period group. Add “1” to apply the constraint to the entire period group, covering all periods collectively under the group.
|1 or 0 can be assigned for active or inactive status of constraint.
|Any remarks/comments can be added in this column.
The above constraint added will restrict the number of production location from all_plants group for product_1 during period_1 between 2 and 4.
