Plant fixed cost refers to the set expenses that remain constant regardless of the level of production or output. These costs are incurred by the plant to maintain its operational capacity and infrastructure. Plant fixed costs typically include expenses such as rent or mortgage for the facility, salaries for permanent staff, insurance, property taxes, and basic utilities.
To add fixed cost, click on Fixed Cost under plants and then by clicking on add fixed cost, you can add individual data or bulk data under respective tabs.

Step Volume | Step volume for which fixed cost to be incurred at selected plant. A last step with step volume greater than the maximum possible throughput needs to be added. |
